Campus German sees agents not just as 'sales channels,' but as supported stakeholders in the process. Commission, discount, payment times, and communication channels are predefined.
This section clarifies Campus German’s agency/partner business model and creates a sustainable, transparent operation standard for both sides.
Our Partnership Model
Campus German sees agents not just as “sales channels,” but as supported stakeholders in the process. Operational processes run according to standards, not according to persons.
Basic Principles
- Transparency: Commission, discount, payment times are predefined
- Standard: All processes are standardized
- Support: Active support is provided for partner sales and operational processes
- Reliability: Document SLAs and process commitments are clearly defined
Partner Communication Channel (Single Door)
Official communication channel for all partner/agency processes:
Principle
Registration, payment, documents, course start, change requests, and reporting are managed through this channel. Thus, the process is traceable and record-based.
Campus German Partner Support
Campus German provides active support to its partners in the following areas:
1. Regional Sales Manager Support
- Objection management in the process of convincing students about Bremen
- Program selection and product clarity (which course, which format, which dates)
- Quick coordination on questions arising in the process
- Support line that prevents partners from “struggling alone with students”
2. Marketing and Sales Materials (Sales Kit)
The following materials are offered to partners:
- ✅ Brochures / promotional documents
- ✅ Price list
- ✅ Banners / images
- ✅ Video content
- ✅ In the future: Sending printed materials (planned)
Purpose: For agents to make fast and consistent sales.
3. Monthly Reporting
Reporting standard for transparent execution of partner processes:
- Monthly reporting is conducted
- Report content: registrations, payment statuses, start dates, process updates
Commission Policy
Commission Rate
- Commission rate: 20%
- Commission is valid for language courses
- (Applied including intensive / online / weekly language courses)
Commission Payment Time
- Commission is paid after the total amount is received in the Campus German account
- Within 3 months at the latest to the company IBAN provided by the partner
Invoice Obligation
- Partners/agents are obligated to submit a commission invoice for commission payment
Principle: The payment process is recorded for accounting purposes; it is not proceeded with verbal confirmation.
General Discount Policy (10%) and Transparency
There is a general discount/discount framework at Campus German:
- General discount rate: 10%
Partners can:
- Either pass this discount on to their students
- Or include it in their own margin
Transparency Note
- Since this discount is also stated on course pages, students may notice it
- Therefore, it is recommended that partner communication language be managed transparently rather than like “hidden discount”
Document Process Commitment (Critical SLA for Partners)
The most critical point in partner sales is the document. Campus German gives a standard commitment here:
Document Preparation Time
Within 1 week after payment is received in the account:
- ✅ Registration certificate (Anmelde-/Teilnahmebestätigung)
- ✅ (Optional) Visa invitation letter (+50€)
are prepared and delivered.
Additional Information
When deemed necessary, the Bremen Foreigners’ Office may be informed about the course registration. (Not visa tracking.)
Partner Process Rules (Operational Clarity)
Basic rules for smooth operation of processes on the agency/partner side:
1. Final Registration Rule
- “Final registration” is not accepted until student information and payment confirmation are completed
2. Placement
- Starting level is determined by placement test
3. Document Preparation
- Documents are only prepared for fully paid levels
4. Refund/Voucher Rules
- Refund/voucher rules are subject to standard procedures
- Different promises by partners are invalid
