Course Overview

The TestDaF/DSH Preparation Course is a special preparation program for university entrance exams designed for students planning university education in Germany. This course aims to ensure that students make specific preparation for TestDaF and DSH exam formats, develop their academic writing skills, and succeed. The program, which offers an intensive preparation experience with 24 lesson hours per week, lasts 12 weeks and consists of approximately 220-250 lesson hours.

Target Exams and Prerequisites

This course prepares for TestDaF and DSH exams. It is suitable for students who have completed at least B2 level, but C1 level is recommended. TestDaF (Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache) is a national exam valid for all German universities and is conducted worldwide. DSH (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang) is an exam conducted by each university itself and is valid only for that university. Both exams measure the language level required for university education.

Course Content and Preparation Methods

During the course, students make specific preparation for TestDaF and DSH exam formats. The four sections of the exam (reading, listening, writing, speaking) are studied in detail and exam techniques are taught. Academic writing, text analysis, research writing techniques, and professional presentation skills are taught. Students are prepared for the real exam environment with mock exams, past questions, and exam simulations. At the end of the course, students have all the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in TestDaF or DSH exam.

Teaching Method and Classroom Environment

The course is conducted by experienced teachers and each class has a maximum of 6 students. This very small class size allows for maximum focus on students' individual needs. Classes are enriched with exam format-specific exercises, academic writing work, mock exams, feedback sessions, and individual counseling. Students not only learn grammar but also develop their academic and professional skills.

Support Services

We provide support on exam application processes. Our students are informed about exam dates, application processes, and exam fees. At the end of the course, students will have completed all necessary preparation for TestDaF or DSH exam. If you fail, there is an opportunity to repeat the course. **Important:** Campus German does not guarantee exam success and does not offer university application counseling. Exam results and university admission decisions depend on various factors and are determined by official exam institutions and universities.
