Campus German is a language school. Our main service is German education, level management, conversation practice system, and course-related documentation. Services outside of this are not within Campus German’s field of activity.

Our Basic Position

Campus German’s main service includes:

• German education (Bremen/Online/Hybrid)
• Level management
• Conversation practice system
• Course-related documentation

We Do Not Provide Visa Consultancy and Visa Process Management

Campus German:

• ❌ Does not provide visa consultancy
• ❌ Does not prepare visa files
• ❌ Does not manage appointment/application processes
• ❌ Does not represent students before official institutions
• ❌ Does not get involved in visa processes

Important Distinction

Campus German prepares the necessary course documents within the scope of course registration. When deemed necessary, the Bremen Foreigners’ Office may be “informed about course registration”; this is not visa tracking or consultancy.

We Do Not Provide Academic Consultancy and Guidance

Campus German:

• ❌ Does not provide university/department selection consultancy
• ❌ Does not provide academic career planning service
• ❌ Does not manage application files (uni-assist, etc.)
• ❌ Does not track university processes on behalf of students

The service offered under “University Pathway” is not general consultancy. Within this scope, only the defined product is offered (e.g., conditional admission support 500€) and the scope is not exceeded.

We Do Not Give Guarantees

Campus German:

• ❌ Does not give visa guarantee
• ❌ Does not give admission guarantee
• ❌ Does not give exam passing guarantee
• ❌ Does not commit that any official result will be “certain”

Why?

These results depend on the evaluation of official authorities and exam authorities. Campus German only provides educational services and commits to educational standards.

For Our Partners

Campus German partners/agents:

• ❌ Cannot give visa or admission guarantee on behalf of Campus German
• ❌ Cannot make out-of-scope promises like “consultancy included”
• ❌ Cannot make promises that change or expand refund/voucher rules

Such statements create false expectations with students, lead to disagreements, and create risks in the partner relationship.
